Shell Access
We are programmers too so we know how much easier life is if you can just drop to a command line to sort some problems out. That's why we are more than happy to offer shell access to any customer that needs it.
If you have an account and shell access is disabled (it is by default) just email support@webspace.net.au and request that they turn it back on. It usually only takes them 10 minutes to get to.
