When time is critical or standard support hours seem too short you can access our priority email support for 30 minute maximum response times between 7 AM and 10 PM 6 days a week.
All support requests to our premium emai support line attract a minimum fee of $30 for the first 30 minutes of technician time.
Further time is billed at $60 AUD per hour or part thereof.
