What to do if your website vanishes
There are several reasons a website may become or appear to become unavailable.
If you have used an incorrect password 5 times or more our firewall will assume you are a hacker and block you. If that happens you will have to call our office with your IP Address. You can get your IP Address from here.
If we upgrade your account you may have to clear your computers memory or caches. You can do this by clearing your browser cache and by opening a Windows command prompt and typing "ipconfig /flushdns" without the quotes. Otherwise if you wait for a day or so the problem will rectify itself.
There may be a problem with your ISP, try an alternative ISP and see if your website is available.
